Meet Ms. Fearon

Tell me about yourself.

I graduated from Husson College in 2007. I worked in the Belfast school system for half a year and then started working at the Lura Libby and Cushing Community Schools in 2007, teaching Physical Education.

Why do you like teaching Physical Education?

I like teaching this age group of students because they are so much fun! They make me laugh. It is rewarding to see their faces when they realize thay can do things they didn’t know they could do.

What are your favorite student units?

I love to teach my second, third, and fourth grades the cooperative games unit. They get a chance to work together as teams. I also like teaching the movement unit to kindergarten and first grade. They learn quickly and realize they can move and do things they didn’t think they could do.
