Music
Meet Mrs. Pacheco
Tell me about yourself.
Ever since I earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from the University of Lowell, Massachusetts, I have been sharing my love of music through teaching. I have taught in Dorchester and Dighton Massachusetts before moving to Maine. I have also taught music at Albion, Searsmont, and East Belfast Elementary Schools, as well as Troy Howard Middle School in Belfast, and Wescott JR High in Westbrook. I directed the 2004 KVMEA Junior High Honors Chorus and the 2005 District V Elementary Chorus.
I enjoy putting on musicals with students. I have put on the Nutcraker ,Tom Sawyer ,and Treasure Island with my Elementary Schools and have directed Bugsy Malone Jr, Music Man Jr, Guys and Dolls Jr, and Kilroy was Here at Troy Howard Middle School. Since moving to the Rockland area in 2007, I most recently have worked on Suessical the Musical at the Camden Civic Theater. I enjoy sharing the world of music with the students of RSU13.
