Mrs. Glidden

Meet Mrs. Glidden, Educational Technician

I grew up in Friendship.  I attended Friendship Village School, A. D. Gray Middle School and graduated from Medomak Valley High School.  Upon graduating, I immediately went to work at Martime Energy as an Accounting Clerk.  After ten years of working there, I decided I wanted to be home with my children as they grew.  After spending 17 years volunteering at the Cushing School, and when my son entered the 3rd grade, I decided I wanted to be a part of the CCS staff.  I was hired as a part time Ed Tech and a few years later I accepted a full time position.

I love working with children of all ages, whether it be helping them learn to cut with scissors, learning to read, learning to write, learning to do math problems, or learning social skills.

My husband, Dusty, and I live in Cushing and have three wonderful children, two daughters and a son.  Our oldest daughter Chelsea is a Pre-K teacher in Berwick.  Our daughter Nicole is in her third year of college at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont and our son, Dustin, is currently a freshman at Oceanside High School.

I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling, camping, snuggling with our puppy, May and our cat, Kitty Girl.
